YOUTH PROGRAMS :
The Second Grace foundation is actively working and bringing Talk Circles and Sweat Lodge Ceremonies to inmates in Utah state prisons to assist in their accountability to the whole of human experience.  Native American ceremonies have been shown to improve rehabilitation and reduce recidivism, for both adults and juveniles.  These ceremonies are opened to all persons who respect Native American beliefs and traditions, however are primarily performed for Native American Inmates.
Working with the Elk River Foundation for the past 7 years in the Utah Juvenile Justice System , Utah Draper State Prision, and Central Utah Correction Facility in Gunnison, Ut.
Working with recognized native American spiritual leaders and a staff of volunteers, we continue to bring these programs on a weekly basis to inmates.
This year we are putting back into action programs cut by State budgets, programs that started as non-profit.  Just as recovery is not only staying sober, re-entry is not just getting out of trouble/prison.  These are proven methods staffed with professional youth counselors that have the passion for helping kids.
Identifying and addressing their biggest challenges in staying out of trouble, we provide motivation and transition services to help each get into school or find a job quickly after release, getting them settled into communties to reduce recidivism.
We will coordinate and act with any existing organizations devoted towards the furtherance of youth welfare.
These kids are our future.
The Second Grace Foundation is actively hosting and providing Native American World Spiritual Conferences in north-eastern Utah. Welcoming like minded people from all over the world.
The purpose is coming together as one powerful prayer for ourselves, our families, our communities and the world...
Second Grace provides the land, water and camping area for these incredible gatherings....
This year we organized the Youth Summer Art Camp in parternership with the Utah Art alliance to help our youth. To foster visual arts and expression. giving them a safe  environment and opportunity to teach them the fundamentals of the arts. Giving them a place with qualified instructors, and to display and show there art to the public.
As in most state funded school systems and due to  government budget cuts, art programs in public schools have been cut , leaving youth with no opportunity for an outlet of art expression.
